In general, most projects take 1-2 hours from start to finish, and your concrete will be ready for use immediately upon completion! Here is a snap shot of our process:


1. With you, we will identify your goals for the project (i.e. level surfaces, raise structures back to original positions, void filling, area stabilization, improvement of surface drainage)

2. 5/8" injection holes (about the size of a dime) are strategically drilled around the areas where the concrete has sunken and requires lifting/ stabilizing.

3. A two- part polyurethane foam is injected through the holes, filling the void underneath the surface. The reaction of expansion in the foam causes the structure to lift back to its original position.

4. Upon completion, the injected holes are patched and filled discretely with new cement, allowing you to use the surface immediately.
